Veggie lunch ! ! !

All from our local Amish grower, picked yesterday, except the corn which was picked this morning ! ! !

We start with a cucumber and tomato salad with a touch of scallion - - - I like mine with vinegar, olive oil, and salt and pepper.


Number 2 is lightly breaded and deep fried baby zucchini dipped in a ranch dip seasoning with sour cream and a touch of cream cheese.
Number 3 is baby "butter and sugar" sweet corn. The corn was so sweet you did not need any butter !


Even the flowers for the table came from the same grower !

Gawd I love fresh picked produce !
