Italian Stallion Loaf

Ground meat of your choice, 2 pounds

Italian bread crumbs, 1/2 cup

3 eggs beaten

1/2 cup half and half

Old Thompson Italian seasoning to taste (basil, oregano, marjoram, rosemary, thyme, sage )

Salt and pepper

Chopped Scallions :biggrin: 

Chopped black olives

Vodka spaghetti sauce 1/2 cup

Mix ingredients put in a loaf pan

375 degrees 40 min covered 40 minutes uncovered

Sauce the top for the second 40 minutes.
